Adapted Fitness
This class is designed so that everyone can participate — regardless of ability, injury history, or fitness level. Every exercise can be modified to support your body and your goals. In this class you will: Build strength safely Improve balance and coordination Increase independence in everyday movement Gain energy and confidence Be part of a supportive community You don’t need experience — just a willingness to move. These classes run every Tuesday from 11am until 11:45am an


Recovery Boxing
10 Week Programme starting Friday 27th February running every Tuesday from 2pm until 3pm and every Friday from 10am until 11am.
