This is a free 6 week programme in arts and crafts for 5-12 year olds with an additional support need to attend and have some fun. This takes place in the Salvation Army Hall. This class runs every Wednesday from 5:30pm until 6:30pm.

This is a 6 week programme which runs every Monday from 10am until 3pm. You must be registered for this programme in advance, spaces are currently full.

Every Thursday from 1pm until 2:15pm we hold free Sound Bath Meditation. Come along and relax and experience a meditation with the relaxing vibrations of the gongs, bowls, chimes and more! Drift into a deep meditative state to be in the present moment. To book in for this please click below.

Every Friday from 12:30pm until 2:30pm we hold a Cold Water Therapy session along with breathwork, meditation, connection & hot drinks. To book in for this please click below.
