Adapted Fitness
This class is designed so that everyone can participate — regardless of ability, injury history, or fitness level. Every exercise can be modified to support your body and your goals. In this class you will: Build strength safely Improve balance and coordination Increase independence in everyday movement Gain energy and confidence Be part of a supportive community You don’t need experience — just a willingness to move. These classes run every Tuesday from 11am until 11:45am an


Bloom & Be Programme
This is a 6 week programme which runs every Monday from 10am until 3pm. You must be registered for this programme in advance, spaces are currently full.
