Adapted Fitness
This class is designed so that everyone can participate — regardless of ability, injury history, or fitness level. Every exercise can be modified to support your body and your goals. In this class you will: Build strength safely Improve balance and coordination Increase independence in everyday movement Gain energy and confidence Be part of a supportive community You don’t need experience — just a willingness to move. These classes run every Tuesday from 11am until 11:45am an


Sound Bath Meditation
Every Thursday from 1pm until 2:15pm we hold free Sound Bath Meditation. Come along and relax and experience a meditation with the relaxing vibrations of the gongs, bowls, chimes and more! Drift into a deep meditative state to be in the present moment. To book in for this please click below.


Line Dancing
For the older generation and anyone else who wishes to join, this class is run on Sunday's from 6:00pm until 8:00pm and is currently based at 1 Finlay Drive, G31 2BD.
