Adapted Fitness

This class is designed so that everyone can participate — regardless of ability, injury history, or fitness level. Every exercise can be modified to support your body and your goals.


In this class you will:

  • Build strength safely

  • Improve balance and coordination

  • Increase independence in everyday movement

  • Gain energy and confidence

  • Be part of a supportive community


You don’t need experience — just a willingness to move.


These classes run every Tuesday from 11am until 11:45am and every Thursday from 5:15pm until 6pm with both classes taking place at 1 Finlay Drive, G31 2BD.
